Cancellation and refund guidelines for Puja bookings.
अगर कोई 48 घंटे पहले पूजा कैंसिल करता है, तो उसे पूरे पैसे वापस मिल जाएंगे। उसके बाद कैंसिल करने पर एडवांस राशि वापस नहीं होगी।
(If a booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled Puja, a full refund of the advance will be issued. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.)
Because once a Puja is confirmed, we block the calendar for our Pandits and purchase the necessary Samagri (holy materials) which cannot always be reused.
In the extremely rare event that we have to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a 100% full refund immediately.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Account) within 5-7 working days.
